For your convenience, please carefully read the following terms and conditions in full. Any use of the terms “you” or “your” refers to the customer using this store. Any use of the terms “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the PokéHorizons team as the provider of the goods or services offered through this platform.

By continuing to use the PokéHorizons Store and completing any transaction, you agree to the following terms and conditions without exception:

1. No Refund Policy

All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. You acknowledge that all payments are voluntary contributions or purchases toward virtual items or services and are not eligible for refund, return, or chargeback.

Any attempt to force a refund or initiate a chargeback via third-party services (including but not limited to PayPal or banks) will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all PokéHorizons platforms (including servers, forums, and Discord). We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide these terms as evidence of your agreement.

2. Behavior and Punishment Policy

By donating or purchasing, you agree that your financial contribution does not exempt you from server rules or disciplinary action. We reserve the right to apply any punishment, including warnings, mutes, kicks, suspensions, or permanent bans, based on your conduct towards staff, players, or any member of our community. Your donation does not entitle you to immunity from enforcement of community rules.

3. Equal Treatment

Your donation or purchase does not entitle you to special treatment or elevated status. You are expected to engage with the community respectfully and will be treated the same as any other player. Violations of community guidelines will be addressed in accordance with our rules, regardless of donor status.

4. Changes to Compensation

Any perks, virtual items, or rewards given in exchange for your donation are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. By making a purchase or donation, you waive all rights to dispute, request additional compensation, or seek a refund in the event of alterations, adjustments, or removals of content or features.

5. Donation Errors

In the event of an error in your donation or purchase (such as an incorrect in-game name), you acknowledge that we are not obligated to correct the error. If you seek assistance, you may submit a support ticket through our official Discord server. All decisions made by our support team regarding such errors are final and binding, and by agreeing to these terms, you forfeit the right to dispute their resolution.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a transaction on the PokéHorizons Store, you fully agree to all of the terms outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised not to proceed with any purchases or donations.
